1. Scope of processing of personal data

We collect and use our users' personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functioning website along with our content and services. The collection and use of personal data generally occurs only with the user's consent. An exception applies in cases where obtaining prior consent is not possible for factual reasons and the processing of the data is permitted by statutory provisions.

2. Legal basis

Where we obtain the consent of the data subject for processing operations involving personal data, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR serves as the legal basis. When processing personal data that is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR serves as the legal basis. This also applies to processing operations required to carry out pre-contractual measures.

3. Data collection on this website

When you access our website, our hosting provider automatically collects information in what are known as server log files. This is technically necessary data such as browser type, operating system, referrer URL, time of the request and anonymised IP addresses. This data is not combined with other data sources.

4. Contact and registrations

If you contact us by email or via a registration form, the data you provide will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your enquiry and for any follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent. Processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to the performance of a contract or is necessary for carrying out pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

5. Hosting

This website is hosted with Lovable. The server infrastructure is located within the European Union. Registration data for the AI Breakfast is stored and processed using Lovable Cloud (Supabase) services, likewise within the EU.

7. Changes to this privacy policy

We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy so that it always complies with current legal requirements or to reflect changes to our services in the privacy policy. Your next visit will be governed by the then-current privacy policy.
